Do you really know your limits or do you just “think” you do?

I read Jim Collins a lot and his book GOOD TO GREAT advocated “Fallure” instead of Failure… the difference that fallure is the point of you doing something and having your results tell you , like climbing a mountain and falling off only to be caught by your safety wire, that you’ve reached your limits… and failure happens without even trying… you look at the mountain and say “I can’t do it.” the problem with failure is you never really know where your limitations really are.

so the question is do you reach “fallure” or failure?

here is some reading on Jim’s business principles…
