It Doesn’t Get More Functional
Exercise just doesn’t get much more functional than running. We’ve been running since the beginning of man — from predators and after food, in and out of battle, and at some point we chose to run for recreation and competition. It seems like something so inherent to being human should be simple, right? As it turns out, most of us could use some work on our running technique. Like many movements we do in CrossFit, a little technique goes a long way in terms of efficiency, injury prevention, and overall level of performance.
