It’s one thing to schedule yourself for a 30 or 60 minute workout, and quite another to make the duration of your workout totally dependent on your ability to maximize your speed and efficiency, and minimize rest (ie – “for time”). The latter has a systemic physiological impact and often leaves you with “the look.”

WOD (workout of the day)
10 rounds for time of:
10 wall ball shots
10 box jumps
1 rope climb
