Double unders are a technically difficult movement to master. No matter how many single jumps you can do in a row, you will NEVER get better at double unders unless you practice doing double unders. How many can you do in a row?

WOD (workout of the day)
repeat 3x for time:
800m run
50 g/h sit ups
50 g/h back extensions
