Eating Like Our Ancestors – a simple video

So much is written these days about diet… what to eat, what not to eat, what percentages of fat, protein and carbs, vegetarian, meat, dairy, gluten, wheat, gluten, raw, cooked, free range, organic, saturated fat, trans fats, etc. Below is a great video that in my opinion makes very good sense of the whole thing. It’s short, clear, and funny. Take the time to watch it – and let us know what you think.
