400m RunRecently a bunch of our CFLA students made a break for it — to the beach! A couple weeks ago we held a special beach workout on Sunday and we had a great turnout. Thanks to all of you who came down and thanks to Jonesy and Sam for designing a fun, challenging and unique workout experience.

One question I receive a lot from students is what to do for workouts when they are not at the gym. Maybe you can use this beach workout as inspiration. We used buckets, sand bags and fire hoses. What do you have around your house that you could turn into a CrossFit workout? An old tire? A back pack you could fill with something? Any big rocks? If you were going to host a class at your house, what would you have us do?
