Fight Gone Bad – Baseline
How much can YOU improve your Fight Gone Bad score in 7 weeks? We’re setting our baseline scores this week and the finals are on September 29th at our FGB Fundraiser event. In case you haven’t seen it yet, below is a video from last year’s event during which Petranek Fitness was the TOP fundraising CrossFit affiliate. CrossFit as a whole last year raised over $200,000. We’d love to see that number double! To do it, we need ALL of our members to join our team AND we need generous donations of all of our friends and family. “Fight Gone Bad”
Move between each of five stations after one minute, completing as many reps of that movement as possible in the minute. After your first 5 minute round (1 minute at each exercise) you take a 1 minute break. This is repeated for a total of 3 rounds. The stations are:
1. Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
2. Deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps)
3. Box Jump 20″ box (Reps)
4. Push-press 75 pounds (Reps)
5. Row calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
