Today’s Game
CrossFit Tic-Tac-ToePlaying games teaches children a lot of different useful skills. One thing it gives them practice in is following directions. In our Little Champs program we start with very basic game play, games like “Dragon Tails,” or “Duck, Duck, Goose,” where children learn to listen to the explanations and what to do over the course of a game. The practice interacting with others and having fun at the same time. Of course, we also are sure to throw in some exercise elements, too!
