Build a Fort & Move ItIt’s the age-old battle with children – how to get them to eat healthy? Sometimes we’re just happy when they eat! Other times we try to figure out ways to make healthy food more appetizing…but really, what can really be done about the un-fun nature of broccoli?
So how does this sound — an afternoon with your kids, building pizzas, having run together as a family…AND the pizzas are healthy and grain free! Quality time together and quality food. Sounds like a great weekend afternoon project to me!
