CrossFit DodgeballWhat if your whole family did CrossFit? What if your family, as a unit, shared a priority and a love for your fitness and health? What I love about working with kids is that we can change the course of their lives and the quality of their lives, by teaching them that being fit is also fun. It is inspiring to see a family get healthy together and to take time to bond with each other. Just think — family vacation may never be the same! You could be tabata squatting on the beach or sprinting in the woods!
