“Fight Gone Wild”
In this version of “Fight Gone Bad“, scale the weight down from your normal weight to one lower (lighter) weight class. Practice perfect form and speed in reps. Let’s see what kind of WILD score can you get at a LOWER weight!Every week for the past 4 weeks, we’ve been training for Fight Gone Bad 5. Last year, Athletes for a Cure put together this video from the nationwide event. Check it out.
