50 Double UndersWell, I am a week and a half into my 4 week daily workout experiment. I have been successful so far and I have learned one very important thing. I have learned that no matter what my day looks like I can put an hour long workout into it. I can do it even on days that look just like other days where I “didn’t have time.” Just creating the game and putting it out there to be held accountable for it has caused a whole different way of looking at it.

I was able to alter “being busy.” I noticed that if I just gave up looking at things through the glasses of “I’m too busy,” I all of a sudden had the time. “I’m busy” stopped me from looking at how to make it happen. It just meant that there was no way. Being responsible for my schedule means that I am the one who manages it — I don’t let it manage me. It also means doing it whether I feel like it or not. I’m telling you, this “game” thing could catch on.
