Remember the part about ‘learning and playing new sports’… well, this is a great time for it. In fact, our Hooverball Tournament is coming up on Saturday, August 27th. Not only is it a great way to enjoy the beach and the weather, it’s actually a really fun ‘game-sport’. And while you may not feel wiped out like you do after a wod, you’ll definitely feel the impact of playing hard twenty-four hours later!
