Thursday’s Workout: COMPETITION
CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.2

5 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
10 Deadlifts
15 Box Jumps (24/20)

and coming Friday: TRAINING
A) Front Squat
EMOM 8: 2 on the min at 80% of 1RM. Maintain weight across.
B) Press Complex
3 rounds for max weight:
1 press
4 push press
6 jerksIn the following video, Kenny and I talk about 13.2. Once you get past the fun/nonsense, we’ll actually offer you some really good info.

Big thing to figure out between now and Saturday (or the day you do it for realz)… how long should you plan on 1 round taking? If you go with what Lindsey and Annie did, there’s a really good chance you’ll be face down, heaving on the ground, wishing you hadn’t gone so fast out of the gate by the 5-7 minute point. So watch the video – we’ll give you our SPECIFIC recommendation on how to come up with something better than just a SWAG (scientific wild-assed guess).
