Thursday’s Workout: COMPETITION: No Cap

CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
150 Wall balls (men-20 lbs to 10′, women-14 lbs to 9′)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

And Coming Friday: MENTAL TOUGHNESS: No Cap
10 rds for time of:
5 Thruster 95/65
10 Pullups
200m RunThursday is another Competition Day at CFLA. Games WOD 13.3 (or 12.4). The big difference this year – speed matters. There will be a whole bunch of people with a score of 150 (end of wall ball and no double unders), and a bunch more people with a score of 240 (end of double unders and no muscle ups). The thing that will break the tie is the time that it took you to get to either the end of your Wall Balls or Double Unders.
