Since we’re growing, and everyone’s been itching for a place to drop weights without breaking the floor, we’ve got a new (ok, so it’s a month old) place for it. Four Olympic and power weightlifting platforms! Wahoo!

20 calories on the rowing ergometer
20 Wall Ball shots – 20# ball
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls – 75 lbs
20 Box Jumps
20 Push Press – 75 lbs
