95 pound Shoulder Press for max reps
95 pound Push Press for max reps
95 pound Push or Split Jerk for max reps
– Post weight used, total reps and total time in comments.
– Complete all SP, PP and Jerks in a round without setting the bar down.
– Do not go to failure in any movement – stop short of failure so that you can maintain control of the bar and can continue with the next lift.
