5 Muscle-ups48 hours in to the Whole Life Challenge – so far, so good… but I have no idea how I’m going to make it for eight weeks. I’ve looked at more labels over the past two days than I have in the past 10 months, and discovered more hidden sugar in the foods in my regular diet that I thought possible. I discovered last night that there is only ONE chicken stock between Trader Joes and Whole Foods that does not contain sugar. There is no buckwheat pancake mix that does not contain wheat. I opened up our food processer (for the first time ever) to make mashed cauliflower (also for the first time ever) – yum! I’m horribly unprepared for my food this week. I’ve had a headache for the past 24 hours. And… as much of a pain in the ass this is, somehow it all feels really good. I guess that for me, it just wouldn’t be the same if it weren’t so challenging. Bring it on.
