Getting Clarity

This past Sunday in breath class with Breia, I got more clarity. There are a few things in my life that need some extra attention- and they get it via thought, but things stay stuck after that.  It’s always a nice thing to come away from class feeling good physically and mentally. At the start of class Breia reminded us of the benefits of breath class- one of the things being mental clarity. As I was concentrating on my breath while laying on the floor,  a few clear thoughts came to me.  Each breath experience is different and I’m thankful for that as each day I arrive with different thoughts, feelings and emotions.  And and happy for my most recent clarity.
