Getting above the Rings

Some of the most basic gymnastic movements are exponentially more difficult than the same movement in a static environment… take the basic support on the rings. First, hold yourself up on a set of dip bars… no problem, right? Now, do the same thing on a set of rings… completely different story! Want to improve? Read more here. Combining balance, coordination, and agility with strength and power is what gymnastics is all about… and it takes months and years of practice (especially if you didn’t begin when you were a kid!)

Today’s Workout

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
300 Single Unders
60 Squats
30 Push Ups
3 Rope Climbs
