Everybody know what is supposed to happen when you grow old. You will slow down, you will grow weak, your steps will become short and mincing, and you will lose your sense of balance. But recent studies show that YOU have the power to keep that from happening until MUCH later in life… the key is getting fit, and keeping fit, maintaining your ability to utilize oxygen, and constantly challenging yourself with new, diverse and fun activities.
