Sometimes the combination of movements we choose in a workout make individual elements much more difficult than they would be on their own. Take push ups for example – someone (like Marc and Becca in this picture) that can ordinarily do 30 or 40 in a row might be lucky to finish 6 or 7 without having to take a rest!

– The name of the game in this workout is max load. How much weight can you lift in one set of three reps?
