Clean & Jerk
– find today’s 1 rep max (1 RM)Sometimes you just have to go heavy. In spite of all the work you might need to do on your technique, nothing is quite as good a teacher as weight combined with gravity. So in today’s workout, get nice and warmed up, practice your technique, but when it’s time to go for your 1RM, don’t be afraid to load it up!
