TIME. It’s the most common excuse people make for not working out. The thing is, you don’t need much time to get in an effective workout. Our workouts rarely last longer than 30 minutes. And if you don’t have 30 minutes, use what you do have. How about 4 minutes?

Try this. We call these “Tabata” Squats. Do as many bodyweight squats as you can in 20 seconds – really GO FOR IT! Get your thighs down at least parallel to the ground. Take a 10 second rest. 4 total minutes. Pick another exercise the next day and repeat the same workout. Do it daily. Fitness is about being in action, not just reading about it (wink!)
