Grateful for my health

I’m grateful to have my breath, sight, mobility, my sense of touch, taste, my insight and the ability to do what I want. Over the last week I was sick and it reminded of just how grateful I am for my good health.

60% x 5

B) QAMRAP 15:
3 Hang Squat Cleans (not more than 50% of 1RM Clean)
6 Candlestick roll to HSPU
