Hand Stand Push Ups

So if you’re like most NORMAL human beings, standing on your hands does not come naturally… nor does doing push ups in the inverted position! We never said we were “normal…” wink

One way to practice doing a full push up while inverted in a hand stand is to find a bar (like this set of parallel bars) that you can hook your feet on. Use your feet to help pull you up out of the bottom of your push up. While in this position, the goal is to get your hips directly over your head and hands… Be forewarned, it isn’t easy – and you might want a spotter!
