Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

In case you didn’t already know, today is our last day of the year… we pick up again at the gym on Friday, January 2nd, 2009. But we’re not leaving you all without a plan. EVERY DAY for the next 9 days there will be a new workout posted right here on the site. Each will be bodyweight focused (just in case you don’t have access to equipment) and if it includes pull-ups, will list an alternative movement in case you don’t have a pull-up bar. I encourage you to stick with the program (or at least get in one or two good ones over the next 9 days.) We’ll miss you all — scratch that — no we won’t… Have a great holiday and a Happy New Year!
