It’s not ghosts, goblins, witches, demons, and living skeletons that scare me. It’s today’s workout!
The “3 Rows” is one of the mentally, physically, and emotionally toughest workouts for me. It skitters right along the edge of what I can do and what I want to do.
A workout that truly challenges not only your physical limits but your psychological, and dare I say, spiritual, limits as well. This one’s gonna show you who you are.
