1 min each station, AMREP
Tire flips with hop
PVC Overhead squats
Slam Balls
Rope climbs
Butterfly abmat situps
Rest
If you’re anything like me, there is probably an area of your life in which you’ve stopped getting the results you want. Right? I mean if you were constantly getting all the results you ever wanted, there would be nothing for which to look forward or to create.

Have you stopped long enough in your normal, day-to-day life to take notice? And if you have, have you figured out what small step you can take in the direction of you getting what you want?

The thing is, most people never even notice… and fewer still choose to move in a different direction.

Change is hard. Change is impossible without awareness.

Take a minute to stop. Look around. Breathe. Notice. Listen. Feel. And find your next small step in the direction you really, truly want to go.
