Taylor – after a long high school graduation hiatus – is back with us… And found himself on Andrew’s back last week in class!

Today’s Workout
4 rounds for time of:
15 Front squats
15 Push press
15 Overhead squats
50 Sit ups

– use the same weight for the front squats, push press and overhead squats. The limiting factor will be either push press or overhead squats. Do I want speed or form? BOTH! Don’t sacrifice form for speed, and go as fast as you can!
