He’s got a nice RACK position

Mike G is showing pretty good positioning for the front squat and clean rack position. He’s got the bar resting firmly on his shoulders, fingertips touching the bar, and is pulling his elbows up toward the ceiling. If absolutely perfect, his triceps would be parallel to the ground – and his face would be showing no signs of pain! Keep up the great work, Mike!
