HNY – What are you waiting for??
So I’ve been waiting for this day for the past 10 days. Actually, “waiting for” is the wrong phrase – I’ve been enjoying my time off – eating whatever I want, sleeping late, watching movies, and most importantly, NOT working out. Today is Monday, January 2nd. Time to shake off the cobwebs, and get rolling, and yet as I sit here in front of the computer, I find myself thinking and convincing myself that I don’t have time. WHAT?? Are you kidding me?
So, I’m getting up now – going into the gym – for my first workout of the new year… “Chelsea +2” – 7 pull ups, 12 push ups, and 17 squats every minute on the minute for 30 minutes.
Get up off your *** and get a move on. Come on, 2006 is here!
