B) AMRAP 10:
20 Medball Up-and-Overs (20/14)
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
20 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)

And Coming Tuesday

A) Find your max time in the bottom of the Front Squat

B) 6 Rounds, each for time (approx 1:2):
Assault Bike cals (10/7)
2 x (10m Standing Sled Pull + 10m Hillbilly Sled Push)
