As many rounds as possible in remaining time of:
10 Pull-ups
10 Box jumps (24/20)
10 Ground-to-OH (95/65)Every year about this time, the Staff of CFLA takes a break. Yes, we too need time to rest, rejuvenate, and recharge our batteries… at a time when ALL of us, simultaneously can do it. Most of us will be spending time with our families and doing everything possible to not think about work (even though yes, we do love all of you AND what we do!)

We suggest you create the space in your days over the next couple of weeks to do the same. Pull yourself out of your normal life. Relax. Enjoy time with your families. Deposit money in to your emotional “bank account”. Be ready to enter 2012 rested, refreshed and ready to hit the ground running!
