How’s Your Jerk?

We cannot stress enough how fortunate we are to have August Schmidt of Iron Athlete here to teach a Weightlifting Clinic this Saturday. I know, personally, that when it comes to olympic weightlifting (or any movement in general for that matter) the room for growth and learning just never goes away. Each time I attend a certification, workshop, seminar, or clinic of any kind, I’m blown away by how much there is still to learn. The continued evolution that is possible makes the fitness journey so fun!

If you are interested in learning more about the olympic lifts (snatch and clean and jerk), I strongly encourage you to attend the clinic on Saturday. Also, keep in mind that we have a 1RM Split Jerk Retest coming up, so the skills you will develop in this clinic will be put to good use almost immediately.
