How’s your tumbling?
I love gymnastics! Lets just get that right out there. I wish I had discovered this back when I was 10 years old, however, unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until about 4 years ago when I started going to adult gymnastics classes. I am evidence that you can teach an old dog new tricks… I started with NO skills, and now, four years later, I have a few. And a lot of that is thanks to the instructors at Broadway Gymnastics and to Roger Harrell, one hell of a gymnastics coach, and one of two that teaches it for CrossFit. We are lucky to have Roger coming down again this year for a Gymnastics Seminar. So if your gymnastic skills need refreshing, or you’d like more skills than you currently have, this seminar is a MUST for you!
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Squat Cleans (135, 95)
1 Overhead squat
– for a round to count, the weight may not
1) rest on the ground for longer than 1 second between cleans,
2) come back down to the floor once the cleans are finished
