I just want to say that as a coach, it’s been a pleasure to watch your jerks get better over this cycle. I’ve seen radical improvement with the newer lifters and, equally amazing, I’ve seen small tweaks made by the more experienced lifters that are making you stronger, more stable, and healthier lifters. Seriously, you guys are looking so good. I can’t wait to see how this all translates during Test Week, which is only about 10 days away!
