Improvements, Wim Hof/B-Mack, Lip Sync

During this mini cycle (and moving forward) we will be evolving our programming to include multiple plane movements. As such we will need flooring that supports periodic twisting, rotating, lateral and diagonal movements. So, when you come in to workout this week you’ll notice that we’ve organized our flooring to support this.  All we ask is that you continue to train with an open mind and willingness to learn, play and improve.

Again, it is critical to mention that my good friend Brian Mackenzie is coming to teach us the basics of the Wim Hof Method Wednesday morning 530am sharp. 530 is early – I get it. However,  I promise that it will be worth getting up early.  In the future I’ll be teaching these classes and trust that our community is one that understands how fundamental, critical and helpful good breath work/meditation can be to a lifetime of wellness.

Monday’s Workout

A) Back squat

300m Run
40 Lateral hops
