and, I thought of everyone that does CrossFit, but especially of these two in the picture above. Becca Borawski and Rose Roman have been training here 3 – 5 days per week for the past 6 months. They show up day after day, week after week, are as consistent as the mail, often tired and sore, and get the results that go along with this thing I often refer to as “your just show up muscle.” Just come in some time and join them in a work out to see for yourself – they are an inspiration!
Getting in shape isn’t something you do for a few weeks or a month or two until you “get it” – the body, the fitness, etc. True fitness is a way of life – the day you get it and end the journey, is the day your life is over. As Tony Robbins says, the only thing that you are incapable of is the thing you think you can’t do. Anything is possible. If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to get started, you’re burnin’ daylight. JUST SHOW UP – for your self and your life. It’s the right move every time!
