Progress. There is something so powerfully simple about that word. With a simple test/retest you can track progressions for WODs that interest you specifically. The video here can help you make informed choices that work for you. In the meantime, know that we have put much consideration into planning your progress – simply show up and do the work and we’ll get results. Happy training.
