Well, if it’s more evidence you need to convince yourself that interval training at high intensities is better for burning fat than long slow distance workouts in your “fat burning zone,” I’m happy to provide. From Science Daily: “Interval training burns fat and improves fitness more quickly than constant but moderately intensive physical activity, according to research by a University of Guelph researcher.”

We’ve seen it over and over and over again in the students that train at Petranek Fitness – go hard, and the results just “magically” follow! Good to see that the scientific community is catching on.
