Hey folks, it’s that time again! Our spring Challenge is upon us – and it’s “Cindy!” I’m inviting everyone to sign up; this is one that I’m sure EVERYONE can do. Remember, these are your chance to get into the game. Short term goals like participating in the challenges are excellent ways to re-commit yourself daily to your CrossFit training, not to mention a really fun way to do something with the community. The sign-up sheet is at the bottom of the stairs. Will YOUR name be on it?
