Another post workout portrait… this is Chris Devlin – finished with the WOD and looking either glad to be finished, or ready for some more!

Today’s Workout
5 rounds of:
Front Squats – max reps
Bench Press – dumbbells – max reps

– choose a weight in each that you can do a minimum of 10 reps and a max of 25 in the FIRST round.
