Handstand Push UpsA fitness legend has passed… the man who was America’s Trainer, who was the first to steer the masses toward a life of health and fitness, including the importance of regular exercise, proper nutrition, and consistency in daily healthy habits. His message today is as relevant as it was 60 years ago, and the example by which he lived his life right up until the end is one that any one of us would be wise to emulate. Jack Lalanne will be remembered as the first of a kind, and his legacy will live on in each of us who holds his/her health and fitness in the highest regard.
