In 2 minutes, complete a 250m row, then max reps Kettlebell Swings (32/20)
– rest 2 minutes
In 3 minutes, complete a 500m row, then max reps Kettlebell Swings
– rest 3 minutes
In 4 minutes, complete a 750m row, then max reps Kettlebell Swings
– rest 4 minutes
In 5 minutes, complete a 1,000m row, then max reps Kettlebell Swings

Score is total number of Kettlebell Swings.We’re going into the last week of the CrossFit Games Open. The energy is pumping every Saturday afternoon at 3pm – and lucky for us all, we’ve got Mike H. to thank for getting it all on film and editing together a video like the one below. Great stuff! Join us this Saturday for the last go ’round. By the way, Team CFLA is in 26th place… and the top 30 go to Regionals. So we can really use some great scores and some community support this coming weekend!!
