Spend 20 minutes to find your 1 Rep Max Power CleanI was sitting in the gym on Friday talking to Kenny – and he shared with me a recent post from his blog entitled 10,000. One thing in particular stuck with me from his post… it was the question that one of his teachers asked him, “Are your actions contributing to the joy or the misery of the world?” Kenny goes into great length in his post about his commitment to contributing to the joy, and practicing this commitment 10,000 times, over the next 37.86 years (or something like that). Read his post – it’s really inspiring.

While I don’t think you have to necessarily make it a lifelong commitment, asking yourself that question on a regular daily basis, and then choosing joy over misery, can literally change your life. Try it on today… ask yourself as you go through the day… see if you respond to people differently. I know that I do… and it’s surprising how much effort it takes (seems like it should be easy).
