Are you working on your cleans? One of the best ways to learn the movement pattern is through the use of a medicine ball. Creating a neurological imprint of the movement on your legs, glutes, torso, shoulders and arms by performing hundreds (or thousands) of medicine ball cleans will help you immeasurably when you do it with a barbell. – the first round is 40 cleans, 40 bicycles and 10 pull ups, etc…
