Knees to Elbows
Jumping Lunges (2-count)
V-Ups (x2)I’ve been a connoisseur of jump ropes for the past 20 years… have probably owned 50 or more in total… and I’ve finally found THE one! Made by my friend, Dave Newman at RX Jumpropes, they are perfect for CrossFit WODs and simply awesome ropes. The video below says it all best.
