“Egg on a Stick” Relay RacesJumping rope — seems like a simple thing, right? Well, when is the last time you actually tried to jump rope? Chances are you haven’t tried it since you were a little kid and if you picked up a rope right now, you’d be quite surprised how challenging it can be. Jumping rope takes a great deal of coordination. It requires being able to time your hands with your feet, to maintain a steady rhythm, and to have good cardio. It’s a seemingly simple exercise that doesn’t take a lot of equipment or space, that has numerous benefits to “kids” of all ages.
