Just showin’ up

You guys hear me say it all the time, “Just SHOW UP.” If you want results, all you’ve got to do is get yourself to the gym – show up for class. For some of you that live around the corner, that’s easier than for others. Take Norma (pictured below), for example. She has a 30 mile each way just to get here – and she has been consistent now for the past six months. So ask yourself, “Am I doing everything I can to simply show up? No excuses. Whatever it takes. Am I full of reasons, or being un-reasonable?”
